Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory control. Advise patients on prescriptions and manage chronic and specialty conditions to increase access and improve care quality. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Identify critical business opportunities to drive growth and implement solutions that improve pharmacy performance. Adapt to change and actively contribute to a team culture that promotes caring and energy.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
