Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Balance assignments to maximize team strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps. Identify critical business opportunities, implement solutions to drive growth, and align the team around purpose to deliver better outcomes. Lead with heart by displaying empathy for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. Apply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors. This part-time role requires 20 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
