Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory control. Balance assignments to maximize team strengths and address development opportunities, while driving growth through the implementation of solutions for business and performance goals. Maintain patient care programs and ensure compliance with professional practice standards and loss prevention protocols. Lead with empathy for patients, customers, and colleagues, adapting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
