Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory management. Manage workflow, financial profitability, loss prevention, and personnel to drive pharmacy performance and implement patient care programs. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Lead with empathy for patients and colleagues, adapt to community healthcare changes, and collaborate to deliver better outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
