Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and overseeing all pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Lead patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy while managing workflow, loss prevention, and personnel development. Balance assignments to maximize team strengths, address knowledge gaps, and implement solutions that drive growth and performance. Adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting to deliver better outcomes and align the team around our purpose.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
