Job Summary
District Support Pharmacist responsible for covering pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district, supporting pharmacy management, supervising and coaching staff, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, delivering immunizations, managing inventory (with emphasis on cold chain), and contributing to patient experience by providing compassionate, holistic care. Travel within the district to support multiple stores, serve as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts, and perform pharmacotherapy services (e.g., testing and prescribing where permissible) while adhering to all laws, regulations, and CVS Health policies.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
