Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all operational aspects of the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory control. Balance assignments to maximize team strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps while driving growth through meaningful solutions. Implement patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy, actively contribute to a caring team culture, and adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Full-time position with 40 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
