Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and overseeing all pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Lead patient care programs to keep customers healthy, while motivating the team to maximize strengths, address development gaps, and achieve specified growth goals. Implement solutions to drive pharmacy performance and adapt to changing community healthcare settings. Actively contribute to a team culture promoting caring, energy, and pride. Requires an active pharmacy license, Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy, and immunization certification. Full-time role with 30 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
