Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree (Professional degree)
- Experience or capability to lead pharmacy operations and staff
