Job Summary
Direct patient care and pharmacy operations management, including prescription advising, chronic condition management, and regulatory compliance. Lead and develop Pharmacy Technician Support Staff by balancing assignments, addressing knowledge gaps, and maximizing team strengths. Oversee inventory, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow optimization while implementing patient care programs to drive growth. Maintain patient safety and quality assurance standards across all pharmacy aspects. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours, eligible for bonus, commission, and short-term incentives. Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
