Job Summary
Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Support the Pharmacy Manager by directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development gaps. Lead patient care programs to improve outcomes while driving growth through meaningful solutions and collaborative team culture. Maintain empathy for patients and colleagues, actively contributing to a caring environment that differentiates CVS from competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
