Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory management. Direct daily workflows to ensure financial profitability, loss prevention, and adherence to regulatory standards while managing personnel and customer service. Implement patient care programs to drive healthy outcomes and identify business opportunities that improve performance and differentiate the pharmacy. Balance assignments to maximize team strengths and address development gaps, adapting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
