Job Summary
District Support Pharmacist responsible for covering pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores, supporting pharmacy teams with safe and accurate dispensing, counseling patients, administering immunizations, managing inventory with emphasis on cold-chain integrity, and traveling within the district to support market staffing under the District Performance Coordinator and Pharmacy Manager. The role includes serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts, ensuring compliant pharmacy operations, delivering clinical care such as testing and prescribing where permissible, and fostering a compassionate patient-care experience through collaboration with the patient’s healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
