Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Manage patient care programs and drive growth by identifying critical business opportunities, implementing solutions, and adapting plans to thrive in the community healthcare setting. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps, while actively contributing to a team culture that promotes caring and energy.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
