Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory control. Balance assignments to maximize colleagues' strengths and address development opportunities, then identify critical business opportunities to drive growth and improve performance. Implement solutions to achieve specified goals and adapt to change within a dynamic community healthcare setting. Maintain a 40-hour full-time schedule with a base pay range of $60.00 - $76.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
