District Support Pharmacist Full Time

District Support Pharmacist (Full Time) covers pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district, acts as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts, supports safe and accurate dispensing and immunizations, coaches the pharmacy team to deliver compassionate patient care, and assists with inventory management including cold chain protection. The role includes traveling within the district to fill shifts, resolving insurance and medication issues, ensuring adherence to pharmacy workflow and safety guardrails, and providing clinical care such as testing and prescribing services where permissible (e.g., COVID/Flu vaccines, hormonal contraception). Requires active pharmacist licensure and an NPI; ability to travel within a reasonable radius; regular attendance including nights and weekends; strong customer service, communication, and problem-resolution skills.
