Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory management, and financial profitability. Manage patient care programs, drive pharmacy growth through identified business opportunities, and foster a collaborative team culture that prioritizes safety, compassion, and authentic care for patients and colleagues. Maintain active pharmacy licensure and immunization certification to ensure compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
