Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory control. Balance assignments to maximize colleagues' strengths and address development opportunities, while identifying critical business opportunities to drive growth and improve performance. Lead with empathy for patients and customers, actively contribute to a team culture, and successfully implement solutions to achieve specified goals. Apply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors within a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
