Job Summary
District Support Pharmacist drives district pharmacy operations by covering pharmacist scheduling gaps, acting as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy, supporting safe dispensing and patient counseling, immunization delivery, inventory management with emphasis on cold chain, and providing clinical care across stores in the district. Travel within the district to fill shifts, ensure pharmacy workflow adherence, resolve insurance or medication issues, and coach pharmacy teams to deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining compliance with federal/state laws.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
