District Support Pharmacist responsible for filling pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores within the district, acting as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager, overseeing pharmacy operations and team performance, supporting safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, delivering immunizations, managing inventory with emphasis on cold chain, and providing clinical care (e.g., testing and prescribing where permissible) while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and CVS Health policies.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
