Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address development opportunities, while implementing solutions to drive growth and improve performance. Identify critical business opportunities, adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting, and actively contribute to a team culture that promotes caring and enthusiasm. Lead with heart by displaying empathy for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
