Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and overseeing patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory management. Drive financial profitability and loss prevention while managing workflow and personnel within your pharmacy. Implement patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy, balancing assignments to maximize team strengths and address knowledge gaps. Identify critical business opportunities to drive growth and improve performance, adapting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Maintain an active pharmacy license and immunization certification in this full-time role with 40 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
