Job Summary
District Support Pharmacist position in TX (Burleson) requiring active pharmacist license, travel across the district to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps, oversee pharmacy operations and ensure safe, compliant dispensing; drive immunization activities, inventory control (with emphasis on cold chain), and patient-centered care; coach and support pharmacy staff, resolve insurance/medication issues, and contribute to a positive patient experience while maintaining regulatory standards and performing bench-duty coverage when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- Ability to travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Strong customer service and team orientation
- Excellent communication and math reasoning skills
- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
- Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
