Job Summary
District Support Pharmacist role covering stores within the district to support scheduling gaps and oversee pharmacy operations. Responsibilities include facilitating safe and accurate dispensing, counseling and immunizations, traveling the district to fill pharmacist shifts, coaching and supporting the pharmacy team to deliver compassionate patient care, managing pharmacy workflow and inventory with emphasis on protecting cold chain products, and performing Pharmacy Manager proxy duties when necessary. The role involves ensuring compliance with federal/state laws and CVS Health policies, delivering clinical care such as testing and prescribing services where permissible, and maintaining up-to-date clinical and technical skills. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of related experience in pharmacy/retail/customer service.

- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
