Job Summary
District Shift Leader role focusing on GM development: participates in a GM development plan to learn to become a General Manager, leads district-wide coverage for stores, supports bakery operations, and trains/coaches teams. Responsibilities include managing shifts at a home location, stepping in for GM responsibilities at other locations in the market, overseeing inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, scheduling, recruiting, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage service while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. The position involves early morning start times (as early as 3am), travel within the market to support other bakeries, leadership of teams, and contributing to P&L awareness and labor targets. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must possess a current, valid driver’s license
- Must complete ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already certified
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
