District Shift Leader

District Shift Leader performs management duties at the home location and supports other bakeries in the market, leading by example, coaching and training teams, and participates in a GM development plan to advance to General Manager. Responsibilities include handling store operations to ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean environment, with early start times (as early as 3am), rotating through roles, and preparing for future GM duties. Skills emphasized include leadership, inventory and vendor management, cash handling, scheduling, recruiting, and a focus on achieving food cost and labor targets; training in restaurant administration and P&L analysis is part of the development plan. The role requires availability for varied hours including weekends and successful completion of a background check and ServSafe certification where applicable.
