Job Summary
District Shift Leader at Bruegger's Bagels supporting a multi-store market with GM-development responsibilities. Role involves managing bakery operations at a home location and providing support to other locations, coaching and training teams, and preparing for a General Manager promotion. Key duties include supervising daily store activities, inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash handling, scheduling, recruiting, and maintaining food quality and a safe, clean environment. Travel within the market to gain leadership experience and learn from area leaders; early start times as early as 3am; must be 18+, with background check and valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must possess a current, valid driver’s license
- Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of the GM development plan (if not already possessed)
- Ability to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends (as business dictates)
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred
