Job Summary
Lead a team of Field Service Engineers for Imaging Systems, driving revenue targets through strategic and tactical plans while managing full profit/loss responsibilities for the region. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to foster a culture of integrity, then build and execute business plans that balance growth, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Prioritize customer retention, service price realization, and contract capture rates by collaborating with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure Net Promoter Score excellence and regulatory adherence. Partner with Business Operations to boost efficiency and manage cross-functional risks. Approximately 60% travel across the Greater Los Angeles area is required, with occasional overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct and/or indirect experience in leadership within service delivery, service operations, or another related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or other related field of study OR equivalent combination of education and above listed experience (9+ years)
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, organization, and time management skills
- Effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with customers
- Must be able to travel for business and operate a company motor vehicle/drive (must maintain licensure and comply with fleet policy)
- Approximately 60% travel across the specified geography required
- Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required
- Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements
- Work flexible hours
- Wear all required personal protective equipment
- Lead/supervise others
- Comply with vendor credentialing
- US work authorization
- Reside in or within commuting distance to Los Angeles, California
