Job Summary
District Sales Representative responsible for driving sales growth across the assigned Pennsylvania district by collaborating with independent wholesale distributors and retailers, mentoring and recruiting distributors, providing orientation and best practices, and acting as a liaison among McKee Foods, distributors, and retailers. The role includes managing a defined sales territory, maintaining professional representation of the brand in the marketplace, developing distributor relationships, and delivering data-driven sales presentations. Travel is required within the district and occasional operation of a company vehicle is expected. The position emphasizes relationship-building, territory development, and achieving sales objectives within a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one to two years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
- Three years of retail management or sales experience
- Customer service experience across diverse situations
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and mobile technology
- Willingness to travel extensively within or outside of the assigned district
- Ability to draw conclusions from data, prepare and deliver sales presentations
- Excellent communication skills
