District Sales Manager - York Process Systems

Job Summary
As a District Sales Manager for York Process Systems, you will drive the promotion, training, engineering, and growth of York industrial refrigeration packaged systems. You’ll operate as a sole contributor with up to 50% travel within the U.S. and/or Canada, building lasting relationships and delivering customized solutions across primary industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and related markets. Responsibilities include designing process cooling system solutions, developing and proposing project costings, liaising with vendors for quotations, supporting sustainability and growth initiatives, maintaining KPIs/LRP objectives, and engaging in marketing activities to expand the customer base. Ideal candidates bring an engineering degree, 10 years of HVAC/large equipment sales experience, 3-5 years in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas, strong technical and communication skills, CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce), and a proven track record in strategic account development and project-based sales.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process)
- 10 years of HVAC or large equipment sales experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Refrigeration industry
- Technical understanding of industrial compression, industrial refrigeration and/or industrial heating
- Knowledge of contract/project/credit management, pricing, quotations, vendor negotiations, and budgeting
