Job Summary
District Sales Manager leads the Wyffels Hybrids district in Redwood County, MN and surrounding agricultural territory. Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with current and prospective customers (corn growers), delivering tailored solutions on product selection and agronomics, recruiting and training independent Seed Representatives, crafting district strategies to boost market share and demand, driving sales ROI, sharing market insights to guide product performance, representing Wyffels at field days and district meetings, recruiting for on-farm trials, collaborating with multiple departments, and managing inventory to align with long-term goals. Requires strong marketing and sales skills, exceptional communication and coaching abilities, comfort with technology, and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned geography. Education and experience: Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture or related field; 3-5 years of seed sales preferred but not required.
