Job Summary
Lead district sales in Crawford and Carroll counties IA by building and managing relationships with corn growers, delivering tailored solutions on product placement and agronomics, and guiding the sales efforts through recruiting, training, and motivating independent Seed Representatives. Develop district strategies to grow market share, drive demand, and maximize ROI; represent Wyffels at field days and meetings; coordinate on-farm trials, collaborate with multiple departments, and manage inventory. Regular travel within the territory, office work, grower meetings, and team collaboration are required. Educational background in agriculture and 3-5 years of seed sales experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in seed sales preferred but not required
- Must live within or near the assigned territory
