Job Summary
Oversee and coach a district team of Territory Managers (TMs) in selling and promoting US Foods products and services across Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, Kingman, Parker, Quartzsite, Blythe, and Yuma. Drive revenue growth, penetration, and churn reduction by guiding TMs in opportunity qualification, account development, and new business acquisition; develop and execute annual sales plans and budgets; lead demonstrations, promotions, and customer meetings; coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize product mix and support field staff. Requires strong leadership, coaching, market analysis, strategic planning, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills; travel to assigned markets as needed. Education and experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field plus at least five years of foodservice sales experience and two years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications

- A minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience
- A minimum of two years of supervisory experience
