Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of store operations for an average of three Spirit Halloween locations, including sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink management. Manage the full lifecycle of assigned stores, from construction and opening to daily operations and closing/tear down. This seasonal role runs from July through November and requires a flexible schedule with physical demands involving over eight hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Applicants must hold at least 21 years of age and two to five years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
