Job Summary
Seasonal District Sales Manager responsible for all aspects of the Spirit Halloween store operations across multiple stores (approximately 3). Duties include sales generation, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink management, and the construction, opening, operating, and teardown of assigned Spirit stores. Requires 2-5 years of multi-store supervisory experience, ability to work a flexible schedule, and being at least 21 years old. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Position runs July through November.
