Job Summary
Seasonal District Sales Manager overseeing Spirit Halloween stores in the Olathe, KS area. Responsible for all aspects of store operation (average 3 stores) including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and all related functions. Duties also include construction/opening, operating, and closing/tear down of assigned Spirit stores. Requires 21+ years old, flexible schedule, and 2–5 years of multi-store supervisory experience. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Start in July and run through November; typically 8+ hours per shift.
Required Qualifications
