Job Summary
The District Sales Manager oversees all aspects of the operation for an average of 3 Spirit Halloween stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink management. Responsibilities also encompass the construction, opening, operation, and closing/tear down of assigned stores. The role demands the ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for over 8 hours a day, as well as the physical capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position
