Job Summary
District Sales Manager at A-MAX Insurance oversees operations across multiple retail locations within a designated Sacramento district, reporting to the VP of Sales.Responsibilities include setting sales goals and strategies for stores and district, tracking performance, hiring and developing staff, coaching sales techniques and customer service excellence, conducting regular performance reviews, ensuring adherence to company policies, managing tasks and incident reporting, addressing maintenance and security concerns, and traveling daily within and outside the district for training and audits. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Insurance Industry Experience
- 1-2 years of Management Experience, multi-unit preferred
- Current Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License, will be required to obtain within designated time-frame upon hire
- Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete continuing education courses (Paid for by A-MAX) as required to maintain active license status
