Job Summary
District Sales Manager for Respiratory Biologics responsible for leading district teams, hiring and coaching, coordinating cross-functional with Marketing, Finance, and other BUs, developing local Opinion Leader relationships to achieve aligned objectives, and driving achievement of sales and budget targets. Responsibilities include tracking marketing messages and programs, providing feedback on resource allocation, conducting district sales meetings, and performing performance reviews. Requires strong collaboration, coaching, and ability to recruit and develop sales representatives; travel within territory and leadership of district-level teams. Qualifications include multiple education/experience pathways in Sales/Marketing and two years of managerial leadership experience; proficient in articulating clinical concepts, payor coverage knowledge, and leveraging market and customer insights to target messages and activities.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience
- Master’s degree and 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or and 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience
- Associate’s degree and 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience
- 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.
