Job Summary
District Sales Manager responsible for all activities and sales results in the Greater Vancouver district; hire, train and develop store management teams; drive district-wide sales growth, customer satisfaction, and product quality; manage regional P&L, labor scheduling, and safety/compliance; oversee staffing plans, training programs, vendor relations, loss prevention, inventory, and merchandising; develop and implement regional business plans, monitor performance, and provide leadership to store managers and staff; requires travel across the district and collaboration with senior leadership; ideal candidate has 2-3 years retail district or multi-store management experience and strong proficiency in store operations, merchandising, and Excel/Word.
Required Qualifications
- College level graduate (preferred) or extensive retail experience
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years retail chain experience at a District or multi-store management level leading 10+ stores
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Word and Excel software programs
- Demonstrated ability to travel
- Retail leadership experience in store operations and sales optimization
