Job Summary
Oversee district retail operations in Stockton, CA with focus on training store management to meet SOPs, optimize staff scheduling, production goals, and profitability; analyze store performance and prepare monthly goals; administer POS systems and ensure compliance with California labor laws, CARF standards, and Cal OSHA; coordinate loss prevention, safety, and training across multiple locations; travel to multiple sites within the San Joaquin Valley; bilingual Spanish helpful; requires extensive leadership, budgeting, and performance reporting to drive revenue and donor growth.
Required Qualifications
- Eight (8) years’ managerial experience as a retail store manager or above
- Thrift store experience is a plus
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.
