Job Summary
District Sales Manager responsible for managing and developing Sales Consultants within a district, coaching 3-5 SCs weekly, leading district meetings, driving customer engagement through technology enablers and team selling, leveraging CRM and Sysco tools to plan and forecast sales, coaching for consultative selling and performance improvement, territory planning and management, and maintaining relationships with top customers while delivering Sysco brand results and supporting national campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- High School education required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration) or equivalent relevant industry experience
- 2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
- 5+ years' foodservice sales experience in the foodservice industry preferred
