Job Summary
District Sales Manager leads the Clinical Sales – Hospital/Hospital Systems team, drives achievement of sales goals, allocates resources, ensures policy and programming compliance, and partners with sales leadership to manage quota credit. Responsible for customer acquisition and retention, coordinating cross-functional efforts on marketing campaigns and product direction, and integrating Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals. Role is eligible for sales incentives/commissions; successful candidate will manage performance, budgeting, and operations for the team in the Hospital/Hospital Systems segment.
