Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing ADR team across Eastern Ontario in General Medicine; drive quarterly and annual sales objectives through disciplined execution and customer-focused strategy; leverage data analytics, market insights, and field intelligence to optimize patient access and outcomes; align engagement strategies with brand priorities, foster accountability and growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer solutions; requires substantial travel within Eastern Ontario and Atlantic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Resides in Eastern Ontario
- Experience in Cardiology/ Cardiometabolic market
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Travel willingness and ability to be based in Eastern Ontario/Eastern GTA
