Job Summary
District Sales Manager leads and mentors the Sales Pro team to achieve and exceed sales quotas across assigned accounts by leveraging NAPA promotions, programs, and initiatives, including Major Account, Fleet and Government program sales. Responsible for presenting to accounts, implementing sales strategies, tracking metrics/KPIs, coordinating with store leadership and executive leadership, and driving growth and profitability. Develops and maintains relationships with store teams, customers, and stakeholders, uses CRM tools (RAM, PROLink, TRACS) to monitor leads and interactions, and ensures proper registration of accounts. Travel up to local and air travel percentages to perform duties; emphasizes training, coaching, and succession planning to build high-performing teams. Salary offered is $89,000, with full benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ work experience leading a sales team
