Job Summary
Lead and mentor a district sales team of field sellers to drive revenue growth in cybersecurity SaaS. Develop and execute territory plans, coach direct reports, manage and forecast pipeline, and drive opportunities to closure. Build a high-performance sales culture with a focus on bookings, revenue growth, and quota attainment while recruiting, hiring, and training the team. Maintain deep technical knowledge of the portfolio to holistically address customers' security challenges, influence cross-functional groups (including C-suite), and collaborate with channel/partner sales to maximize impact.
