Job Summary
District Sales Manager for Northern/Central California & Northern Nevada, responsible for managing a ~$9M territory and expanding market share through distributor and dealer partnerships. Drive sales growth across metal roofing and wall panel systems in residential, agricultural, and commercial markets; support product training and contractor pull-through initiatives; collaborate with operations, estimating, and customer support; maintain high levels of customer engagement and follow-up; frequent travel within the territory (up to 60%). Requires strong relationship-building, project management/inside sales experience, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
