Promotes and sells the company’s products and services in the assigned district, maintains relationships with existing customers, identifies and supports new customer relationships, coordinates with multiple departments (marketing, accounting, logistics, technical services), documents progress in CRM, develops clear proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers, expedites resolution of customer problems and complaints, participates in trade shows and conventions as required, stays current with product applications, market conditions, competitive activities, and marketing trends; ensures alignment with sales goals and profit targets.
