District Sales Manager

Job Summary
Lead and coach Sales Consultants within the district to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include conducting 3-5 SC work-withs per week, leading Friday district meetings, directing customer engagement to expand service channels (including technology-enabled offerings), leveraging CRM (Sysco 360) for planning, forecasting, and day-to-day activity, delivering brand results, coaching and developing consultative selling skills, executing territory planning, and maintaining strong relationships with top customers and high-value prospects. Requires strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills to drive sales performance and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the district.
Required Qualifications
- High School education required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant industry experience
- 2 or more years' experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
- 5+ years' foodservice sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- CRM proficiency
