Job Summary
District Sales Manager will sell Affinitiv’s products and services to automotive retailers within the West Region using a consultative approach to meet and exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing qualified pipeline (3X–5X of monthly/quarterly quota), maintaining four-month rolling forecasts in Salesforce, conducting face-to-face visits or online meetings, traveling within the territory, prospecting via calls/emails/meetings, educating auto retailers on product benefits, and collaborating with sales leadership. The role supports remote work with Work from Here options (campus or remote) and requires up to 80% travel. Familiarity with automotive software solutions, CRM tooling, and industry competitive awareness is expected; the position emphasizes quota achievement, pipeline growth, and meeting corporate KPIs. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Automotive software sales or Retail
- Comfortable with Auto Software Solutions or Marketing Services
- Experience tracking all sales activity in Salesforce or relatable CRM
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to travel 80%
- Previous record of success and excellent employment references
